ANDIE builds awareness of PV events and offerings and strengthens relationships with partner organizations, youth alumni and volunteers.

Andie is a first-generation Vietnamese-American child born and shaped by her family's resilience. As the eldest, she sees herself as a trailblazer with a duty to break the intergenerational cycles of trauma and violence. Her deep connection to being a che che (older sister; fused between chị in Vietnamese and jiě in Chinese) drew them youth work and building programs rooted in the belief that every young person's voice is important, necessary and valued. Creating brave spaces for young people to belong and step into their power reignited Andie’s own love for learning and led them to get their Masters of Social Work. Andie fills their cup by nourishing their creativity, building connection and community, and embracing new experiences that heal their inner child.
