Jennifer Boyce
Healing Justice Program Manager
Jennifer is an Indigenous mother and activist from the Oglala Lakota, Garinfuna, Mayan and Arawak tribes. She is also a public health professional, with a Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate Certificate in Public Health from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. Jennifer specializes in social and emotional health and trauma-informed care. She has worked to build varying types of programs in collaboration with communities and youth over the past 10 years. Jennifer enjoys learning through storytelling and Indigenous Ways of Knowing. She is passionate in learning about, and reconnecting to, Indigenous communities around the world. Her hobbies include dancing salsa, Indigenous traditional dancing, playing chess, and watching Grey's Anatomy. A fun fact about Jennifer is that her image is displayed in a mural in Salt Lake City.
