Leanne
Director of Healing Justice
Leanne is a Black and Chahta mother of 3, born and raised in the Central Area of Seattle. She is an educator, advocate, activist, and leader dedicated to reminding young people of the power in traditional approaches to education and healing. I carry a Master’s degree in Cultural and Reproductive Anthropology with a concentration in Historical Trauma in the Black and Indigenous communities. My greatest example of advocacy and giving back to young people are my parents. I love singing, beading, and enjoying good food in my free time!
